Walthamstow College sells

Meadowcroft has sold a 10,000 sq ft D1 educational building in Walthamstow E17 to The Emmanuel Christian Centre. The building was previously occupied by the Waltham Forest Council for an adult education college but will now be used for religious and community activities. Meadowcroft sold the building on behalf of the London and Middlesex Quaker Service Trust. The marketing produced an exceptional level of interest from a variety of religious and educational D1 uses. Residential development had been considered an option but other similar owner occupiers fended of offers from residential developers.
